Yes, according to some Oracle forum, an Oracle World presentation, and blog posts Oracle increases the support for Semantic Web in their upcoming release 11g. Already they are supporting storing RDF, and queries (though not SPARQL), and now
(2) Native OWL inferencing (for an OWL subset that includes property characteristics, class comparisons, proprety comparisons, individual comparions and class expressions) [New API]

I’m looking forward to the May Semantic Technology conference in San Jose where I’m sure we’ll be able to look more into this. For now, this goes to show that the large IT vendors are behind the Semantic Web effort.
